Youo: groundedness is this notion that mood follows action, or right doing often precedes right thinking. We focus a lot on our own proverbial peaks and climes, says Youo. That can cannibalize energy and attention focused on the base, the foundation. The second climber who's enjoying the process has a much better chance of climbing for a long period of time.
