What Happened When the Price of Nickel Exploded?
The lme elme was in the news this past year. The price of nickel exploded higher after a chinese base producer sold futures to hedge part of their position. When that squeeze became sort of apparent, Price of nickel exploded. And so for us, we tried to sell it way up here, and then it went limit down. Here's the exchange helping out this one customer short and at the cost of everybody else.
