In a job market where the jobs are so easy to come by, that's probably less of a consideration now than it would have been in other times. A lot of real estate leases can get reallocated and maybe that'll be more valuable today or more valuable later. And when they shoot for the moon, maybe your story comes about Felix, which is great and everybody wins. Or maybe they basically destroy a lot of value that the lenders would have gotten if they'd gone bankrupt earlier. That's a hard logic to think through.
