What's Going to Happen to the Real Estate Market?
The economic cycle works in such a way that commodity prices tend to do well during times of high inflation, as they are right now. Commodities have done well in the last two years, and i expect they probably should continue to do well, in part because the world needs stuff to build stuff. I would say it's highly unlikely people here are investing in foreign currencies. That's a whole nother episode, which we addressed before. If you don't know it, then don't get into it. Don't get red in by te the high leverage and the returns, cause you're going to blown yourself up.
