The Importance of Energy for Maintaining Health

Energy is similar to the resting metabolic rate. If you were to lie in bed all day and not do any anything at all, you still need a quite a lot of energy. Especially if you've got a high lean lean mass. So men who've got more muscle, those are more that's more metabolically active. And so it immediately throws up this potential for there being a deficit in available energy. Yeah, for sure. I mean, just to maybe we should just say what we mean about energy availability.
