Data Engineering - What a Typical Day or Week Looks Like for a Data Engineer?
We have a data engineering team that's embedded in the data scienc team into a lot of the data ingestion tackled by our data engineers. It really allows us to leverage this very large and growing data set in a much more efficient way. We're probably spending maybe like a quarter to a third or time, unlike pretty scoped requests that come from the product side of the orgs. And then the rest of the time, which is really the work that i get excited about, is trying to figure out what stuff that nobody's thought about, is our data capable of providing insight to.
