There are three types of people in the world: number one, number twos and number threes. Number one is a person who can look around where they're going to make a list on their own. There's no such thing as "aunch peneers" or "an anch preneer," even though that's the hot thing right now. Most managers fit into number one; most high paid individuals fit into number 1. But few you think you're number one, but you're not. Because number ones never cut corners. Number ones never do shit that isn't unecessary. They don't drop the fucking ball. That's what personal development is about.
There are 3 types of people: Number 1, Number 2, and Number 3. Most people are Number 3. They aren’t extraordinary in any way, but can perform basic tasks. Number 2 is good, but not great. Number 1? Those are the type who demonstrate initiative, creativity, and execution. They are rare and valuable. They get paid extremely well because they deserve it. They have the life they want because they earned it. In this episode, I talk about how to manage all three types and how to become a Number 1.
