The Importance of a Growth Mindset
In Napoleonic times, Napoleon had a very agile workforce. He managed to marshal huge resources and he invented conscription really. They also had agility. And they started the German military academy which was people like Klauschwitz or von Mölke. It's now known as mission command - you've got to select the right people. But what it also does is that it gives people real world experience of leadership. The more weight we take, the more we grow. So I think it's a combination of a number of factors that focus on small teams and creating cultural contagion.
