Cardi B and the Beef Head Ball

Rita Taylor is the assistant catering manager at the Pavarotti Hotel in Bristol. She was responsible for procuring the beef heads that would be served during the event. The Beef Head Ball takes place every year to raise money for the Farmers Union. It also features a live performance by rapper Cardi B, whose name means 'cardi beef'
