What Is a Peremptory Challenge?

Each side gets a certain number of strikes just to get rid of people you think might not be fair. With these strikes you don't have to give any reason. This is something that has been around it's older than America goes back to England in the 11th 12th century and before that some say it goes back to like 104 BC Roman times. It's called a peremptory challenge. And what happens in this case is the second trial begins.
