Are You Trying to Find Out Where People Are?
In most work places, managers are going to be the person who is closest to helping employees a navigate the s curved. So i think kind of, um, i think as when he's saying, a sort of understanding where people are. And ther ther asks, if they had that mastery face, might be that they currently perform a particular process in a way that they are really with,. But it diesn't actually lead to the outcomes that the business is wanting to see. Its a sort of trying to figure out where learners are before you design your intervention.
