The Ugandan Rolex and the Swamp Safari
On the swamp tour in the wetlands, one notable thing I enjoyed watching this papyrus water plant and there's tons of them. Leaves from this very plant were used by Egyptians for the very first writing material so that was very cool to see those plants at eye level. Next was my breakfast break with my first taste of the Ugandan Rolex. This is I would describe it as an Indian roti or chapati with an egg omelet inside of it. The next activity was the rhino tracking. So a ranger guides you on foot typically following a family of rhinos as they go about the day.
