Simplifying Is Not Dumbing Down the Content

Jeff Bezos wrote every word of each letter for months ahead of time. He pondered the words he chose and was very deliberate about what he said. Good writing doesn't mean making things so complicated that your audience doesn't understand it. Writing is a skill, public speaking is a skill. And like any skill, it can be improved upon.
