I'm appreciating the way that you're bringing in kind of Chinese philosophy and how that can deepen our understanding or the way we can work with with shadow. What I like is there's a kind of depth orientation in that it's not just doing shadow work but it's actually recognizing that shadow is in some way restricting or limiting our access to these essential qualities, he says. He adds: "We can additionally look at shadow as the process through which our psyche is holding lessons unlearned"
