People Really Want the Experience of Meat

Pauchepero: People really want meat. As soon as americans started getting more money decades ago, we started increasing meat consumption. And except for a bwip after the great recession, we've basically had an uninterrupted assent to continually more and more meat. I do think in future that we can satiate that desire for meat without having to raise and slaughter animals. So i wish people would be content eating rice and bainbaridos and lentil soup and hummas. But it does seem like people really want that meat experience.
