Herculaneum - A Lost City
Wen wan: I was naively under the view, in so far as i had thought about it at all, that herculaneum was a completely lost city. And then, yes, sometime in the in the eighteenth century, somebody said, oh, look, there' there's, there's here. In this came as complete news some level. That always struck me as somewhat specious. So suddenly, maybe it could be, maybe it couldn't be. But you have all sorts of links between between politics, and archaeology.
