Cobid had four months of cash left with no real prospect of generating more revenue. The debate about working from home became very tribal, and it became very aggressive. We found that we need physical space to meet clients because we need face to face to get deals done. People still wanted face to face collaboration. And the third was culture. What we ended up doing was presenting an entire thesis of where the world was going.
