When you get criticized, how does it feel? I don't mind it too much with the media. And by the way, I think everyone's got a job to do. Even sometimes when we've done the right thing, it's understandable that people will be cynical. The ones that hurt me are actually individual customer things where, you know, sometimes we've got it wrong. They look after 30,000 customers a day or day or about. It's with often incredibly difficult situations. Sometimes I'll get that wrong. And sometimes people think we got it wrong as an act of malice. That is heart-wrenching.
