The Importance of Faith in God
Every time we sin, we're acting out of a lack of trust that God is going to give us what he promised. Adam and Eve did the same thing by grasping at an age they didn't deserve. The Israelites wanted to have their promise fulfilled in the way that these others were seeming to have it fulfilled. And like that was the Israelite to grasping at what God already wanted to give them. But it wasn't the time and they grasped it.
