How to Get Rid of Non Water Soluble Silicones on Hair

Non water soluble silicones can build up on your hair. This was a problem with the silicones when they first came out, like two and one shampoos. The thing is you want silicones to stick to your hair for certain functions. So I would honestly say throw a non conditioning shampoo into your mix. It doesn't do any depositing. And its sole job is just to clean your hair.
