If neutron hydro levels last year had been at normal levels you would have got an awful lot of more hours that would have decoupled away from that really super high gas price. In the long term as you keep putting more more generations of the grid and gas generation is providing a lower and lower number of hours in the mix then you're going to end up with more and more hours that decouple, which will pour down total wholesale prices. I don't know what that means for recommendations about what they're thinking about how to do it but it's a very real observation of where where 2023 will be.
