The Cruelty and Incoherence of Mental Illness

I think that the internet should be treated as a utility and distributed and regulated as utility in the same way that, for example, water and sewer sewage is. I have over time watched as the public understanding of mental illness and what it means and how we should treat people who suffer from it has changed. And it's not changed for the better. You don't want to make people feel bad for their mental illness. But this has created this bizarre scenario where because people want to say that there's nothing wrong with the mental illness.
