Having some self-awareness about the words that are in your vocabulary that are designed jargon right and knowing what is the layman's term of sprint. When you're dealing directly with one stakeholder that pair of stakeholders you have this opportunity to be very direct with them in their language. I've totally made me think of one of my favorite essays which he can't resist sharing these with folks like it's speaking of language and the use of language to clearly communicate particularly in English.
