Using Tarot in Daily Prayer
"I am Catholic. So I pray the liturgy of the hours, but I don't pray all of the hours," she says. "Every morning I wake up and I sit down with my tarot deck and my prayer book." She pulls one card a day for five or ten minutes just to look at it; that's her favorite part of the day. The images are pretty simple so you can be distracted by them easily,. But sometimes they're able to make clear connections between the card and whatever the readings are for the day.
