Is Fish and Meat a Sakana?

Eating fish and meat together is considered to be a sakana by the Gamara. The dangers here might be the nature of some spiritual danger which we still don't know but that would not be negated by medical science. Worcestersasas contains anchovy and chovy is a fish or at least from a fish, so even if it's only one small part of it, you wouldn't be allowed to have fish and meat. Some Svardim are makhmir and they say that the sakana that the Gamara defines as meat and fish is lobbed off gamete - like animal and fish.
