Is Your Peak Age Really Important?

Our pique motivated me a lot when i was getting into fitness for the first time. Cause i said to myself, oh, my peak will be at 30 for my fitness and i have ten years to work up to my peak. Athletic ism still really important. You're not going to win this thing in your eighties, but you rely more on wisdom. The ah, if we can be patient with ourselves and give that wisdom curve time to grow, our best might actually be in front of us. Even though we're constantly told the story that, you know, youth is wasted. On the young. You got to do it when you're young.
