Is There a Controversy in Nothingness?

If we talk about nothingness, we're talking about the concept of nothing. But even within the concept of nothing, there is this inherent contradiction that it can mean both this absence and this presence of a thing. Soi something as well as nothing, within its very own identity. That's what i mean by describing nothingness as a contradictory object.
