I'd thought long and hard over the years about how to make work work better for all of us. Women are an equal part of the paid work force, so we need to reshape the old ways of doing work. We can support a business culture that is less about people worrying about themselves and more about each other. It really is kindness in its truest sense, both in terms of generosity and thought for others, but also a wider sense of being of one kind.
