Shame is a human emotion we're going to experience it there's no way to avoid it but we can be with ourselves in that experience of it so that it isn't something we have. We don't end up in this very dramatic shame spiral that we have to go to all these lengths to avoid it which is really what perfectionism is and I want to keep saying like yes we're gonna learn things from other people and we can still put our own flavor on it and our own spin on it.
