I love that you really find such joy and fulfillment in mentoring these up-and-coming associate photographers. Are these photographers, like for example, for your san experience, there's usually one associate photographer and then her assistant, right, or his assistant. And so are these photographers that by the time an event like this rolls around, they've already been under your wing for a certain amount of time? I don't know if apprenticeship is the right word. Is that typically a longer duration mentor relationship? Or is it something where they come in for these events and then maybe outside of the events they're running their own businesses as the main photographer? Do you understand what I'm asking
