The Importance of Allocating People to Things
I was really stressed about this idea of like not allocating people to things because I've gotten from our team throughout running the company. Even people who like like having a lot of autonomy just feel better when they know what they're doing. If on the off chance that you just don't have something to do, even though I know something is going to show up for this person to do, just have it in your head that you'll just like hang out with this person and pair on this thing. So yeah, we're on tuples all day, every day at our company.
