The Importance of Coaching

Coaching is about more than having a coaching business. For most of human history, it wasn’t called coaching, it was called leadership. My guest on this episode, Shelley Paxton, has spent her entire career as a leader.

Shelley is the former Chief Marketing Officer for Harley Davidson, one of the most iconic brands on the planet. She is wondering how she can craft a "funnel" for her business. However, I don't like the word funnel, especially for a rebel like Shelley.
