I hope we do see a return of vibrancy to these stores that are suffering. I think you'll have to be looking at having gold as far as your portfolio and rebalance each year. Because the money printing, when the panic buttons hit, it's going to be another run at MMT. That is not broken. They've gone to synchronize corporate taxation with the G7. So they'll go to synchronize MMT if there's a panic button hit. And that's where you start to really see gold shine. But Frank, this has been terrific. Thank you so much for doing this.
