Chlamydia NAT - Isoline Phenopathy?
A core biopsy of this area on the right side of her neck. The path showed granulomidus inflammation, but no obvious evidence of malignancy. Her flow cytometry and cytogenetics were negative. And really all other evaluation for lymphoma, including torso CT imaging was negative. But given that positive chlamydia NAT from our ora pharynx, I would go ahead and empirically treat this as as LGV with a 21-day course of doxycycline.
