Many people and companies don't have that clarity around use case, right? So like they might have clarity when it comes to the development of their product within their product team. But when it gets, okay, close the sale, even how we segment customers, right? How often do you see company segmenting by use case? Not very often. You see like industry verticalization, but again, like that could be very different use cases depending on the product you have. It's a way to build trust at scale is through communication, knowing somebody, talking to them in a certain way that is about the partnership and how we're doing this together.
