Yale theologian Mira Slavwulf grew up amidst ethnic tensions in communist Yugoslavia. He watched in horror as nearly a quarter of a million people died in Bosnia and Croatia, and two million were left exiled or displaced. Love believes that the cure is not less religion but more religion, or rather stronger and more intelligent practices of faith.
