Home automations can help with some of my eight h d tendencies. Some smart lights that flash or change color when it's time to go? Or more ideally, flash once when it's 15 minutes before you have to go and then flash again when it'stime for you to pack up? With a smart speaker, you could have it read your daily schedule while you're brushing your teeth. You could have music automatically play when you get home. And there are also things like a rumba, which can automatically vacuum your house for you.
