O'Keefe and Project Veritas - Is the Video Deceptive and Quote Without Evidence?
O'Keefe and Project Veritas have also been on the pointy end of litigation, not just suing. The Times was trying to argue that when it called the video deceptive and quote without evidence that that was mere opinion. But at the pleading stage, O'Keefe is entitled to have a court presume that it isn't. Well, we'll see how that one goes. I suspect it's not going to last forever.
