I think the issue for me is this, it's e interpretation of data and it gets inter pted by people with an out dated mind set that don't understand human behavior well enough to be able to interpret the results correctly. We have seen some increase in customary expectations over the years, but it's very small, and it's very rational. And we actually measure customar expectations as part of the model that's not used to calculate the index and all its scores. There's no wide gap between customer expectations and n customer's satisfaction during that period of time.
