Letting Go of Clinging in Aversion
When you talk about letting go of clinging in aversion, it's not that you don't want things. It's more like there's all this stuff happening inside of you. And if you can really thin slice your experience, you can kind of unknot it. That does is it allows those negative experiences and the positive ones to just kind of like flow through you and you experience it differently. But i think we're probably not even discussing it at the level of precision that a real meditation expert would be totally satisfied with.
