The Dell M D. E. L Space EM is a device that allows women to perform abortions in Mason jars. The invention was first shown at the National Organization Conference of Women, but organizers didn't allow an abortion booth. In 2002, Lorraine has a quote from 2002 that sums up the sort of D medicalization approach that was popular with a lot of the underground abortion access people.
