The State's Failure to Prove Its Interests in Gender Transitioning Procedures
There's voluminous evidence of the judge sites that the care being given is done in very deliberate fashion. The state then tries to justify it by mentioning generically and in a cursory fashion, according to the judge, various harms, negative effects on health. This is more we're talking about transitioning and preparing for that sort of a decision if it's ultimately made.
