Is Quantity of Content Equals Quality of Learning?
The biggest mistake where I see most organizations have gone wrong is that they've somehow equaled quantity of content to quality of learning. So what we do is that we design from business challenges and what are the problems that you have in the business. We then personalize curated journeys for those audiences, so it fits into people's lives. It's all of these social functionalities with feeds and chats and discussion forums and it's very, very social. And the formats that is delivered in is very much like an Instagram TikTok Spotify experience.
