Is There a Risk of a Space Explosion?

Every 93 minutes, mission control radioed up to the space station. It gives us a sense of just how much potential damage might be caused by intentionally destructive activity. There is a possibility that a fracar in space might be an extension of what's happening on earth. If we have a conflict on earth, because the military forces on earth are so dependent on their space assets, that conflict could spread into space. And if they get serious about that and generate more space debris from weapons hitting each other, that could make outer space completely unusable for everybody else.
