When you are on a good regimen what sort of stuff has helped you improve your game? I really enjoy going over games and I find like Al Yekin's games to be probably the best for me the best game collection because it's just about the right. I have a real really really visceral response to modern chess books and all of the engine analysis that goes in them is so irrelevant to me they don't help.
