We're just layered with SOPs, ultimately, we're an age, we were in a money service. So from onboarding all the way through to campaign live and running and optimizing, there's a template for what email we need to send at any given time. Some of that is just using documents, but we've got them all organised in folders,. You know, so we know at each step which part of that, which document to pick up on is for each, for each part of the process. And like you said, it's not just technology. I love tools. I love testing them out. I love trying them. I've got my stack.
