You need to cultivate a series of subject matter expertise in those each domains. Having resources are just incredibly important, even in the early scoping stage. Your internal difficulties should not be exposed to the customer. There may be duct tape and bailing wires, you stitch all these things together but customers should never see that. Stay focused on the customer. Think about it. If you've proven the product, you've negotiated the price, and then it's like a really cool thing. They'll get the product that ends that using it. That's all the mechanics to go to market. Lead to cash infrastructure. You find like undo moments where you did something and have to undo it. Reset
