Callissa: My biggest advice is don't question yourself and go for it if it's something that seems interesting look outwards for people you can connect with who are in the industry. We have a community that wants to help others because we've all had our own journeysYeah I I feel like the same way I don't want to reiterate what Lauren said just one thing that kind of made me start to realize I wanted to go beyond day-to-day engineering was when I would notice another piece of software that someone else was building wasn't going to fit together with what I was building.
