Lost Like Lane

I had this rather innocuous surgery on my right arm and it was to remove these little, I think they're called lipomas. But when I came out from under the surgery, I felt really weird. And then several days later, it had not gone away. The details of it were so weird and not connected to any other kind of surgical experiences that I'd ever had. It was, it was that, if you've never thought about the sound of your brain, like it's just something you don't think about, but the sound of my brain changed ... anything I saw became an underscored movie.
