Donahue and the Death Penalty

Donahugh had been doing a lot of thinking about the rise in crime starting in the 19 sixties. He thought the drug trade was one big factor. Ye it does seem that large legal markets are important contributing factors to crime. And so the combination of those factors, i think, exasperated the crime rade.
